How to

  1. Open batch processing and add your photos.
  2. Under Output enable “Max file size” and enter KB.
  3. Optionally downscale too – compression will be gentler.
  4. Click Process.

How does it work?

The encoder tries several qualities (binary search) and keeps the highest that meets the limit.

Which formats?

JPEG, WebP and AVIF (AVIF only in browsers that can save it).
